Contrast therapy involves alternating between cold immersion (e.g., ice plunges) and heat exposure (e.g., a sauna). This practice is known to improve circulation, boost recovery, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.
2. Are the sessions women-only?
Yes, we are proud to offer a space exclusively for women, providing a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to focus on your well-being. Mixed sessions will be available in due course and clearly communicated so you can choose which session type suits you best.
3. Where are you located?
We operate from a private, tranquil garden in Claygate, carefully designed to create a serene and inviting atmosphere for your sessions.
4. Is it safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We are fully liability-insured and trained in risk assessment to ensure every session is conducted with the highest standards of care.
5. Do I need prior experience with contrast therapy?
No experience is necessary but you do need to complete our Introductory Workshop before being able to book any of our other sessions. These workshops are designed to teach you everything you need to know about contrast therapy, including safe practices, breathwork, and managing the cold exposure.
6. What should I bring to a session?
We recommend bringing:
Swimwear
A towel
Flip-flops or easy-to-remove footwear
A robe or warm layers for after your session
A water bottle (we provide warm drinks and electrolytes!)

8. How many people can attend a session?
We offer 1:1 sessions, private couple/group workshops, and group bookings for up to 4 participants, depending on the session type.
9. Is there an age requirement?
Participants must be 18 years or older.
10. Are there any health conditions that might prevent participation?
Certain conditions, such as heart problems, pregnancy, or uncontrolled high blood pressure, may not be compatible with contrast therapy. Please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns, and let us know in advance of any medical conditions.
11. What should I expect during a session?
You’ll alternate between an invigorating ice plunge and a relaxing dry sauna, guided or supported by Emma as needed. Sessions are designed to be calming, empowering, and tailored to your comfort level.
12. How do I book a session?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our website, select the session type, and pick a time that works for you.
13. What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
14. Can I book a private session?
Yes! We’re happy to offer 1:1 private sessions with Emma and we also host private group sessions (max 5)
