Contrast Therapy Sessions

  • Introductory Workshop (2.5hr)

    Learn the science, benefits, and techniques of contrast therapy, including breathwork and safe practices.

    Experience an ice bath, followed by a dry sauna, and reflect by the fire with a warm drink (weather permitting). After completing this workshop, you’ll be ready to book any of our other sessions!

  • Guided Ice Bath & Sauna Drop-in Sessions (1hr)

    Take your wellness journey further! Alternate between an invigorating ice plunge and a soothing sauna in this self-managed session, with Emma on hand to guide and support you.

    Perfect for recovery, energy, and embracing the benefits of contrast therapy.

  • Sauna Sessions (30mins)

    Relax, recharge, and rejuvenate in a 30-minute session in our traditional dry sauna.

    Enjoy the soothing warmth to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness, perfect for a quick reset or part of your self-care routine.

  • 1:1 Contrast Therapy Introductory Workshop with Emma Heslop

    Experience personalised contrast therapy in a private, supportive setting. Guided by Emma, these sessions are tailored to help you safely explore the benefits of ice plunges and sauna therapy while focusing on your individual well-being.

  • Private Group Introductory Workshop (max 5)

    Share the experience of contrast therapy with in a private, supportive setting. Guided by Emma , this workshop introduces you to the benefits and techniques of ice plunges and sauna therapy, ensuring a safe and relaxing experience for everyone.
