Contrast Therapy Introductory Workshops
Coach: Emma Heslop Length: 2.5hrs Sessions: Thurs & Fri 09:30 - 12:00 and Saturdays* 14:00 - 16:30 *once a month
The Intro workshop gives you the opportunity to learn the whys and hows behind the modality. Discover the benefits of cold plunges and saunas and most importantly how to do it safely, along with some advice and tips on managing the cold experience, including connecting with your breath and warm up techniques. Then you will put this into practise by immersing yourself in the cold, followed by a traditional dry sauna. Weather dependent, wrap up, sip your hot drink/ homemade electrolyte by the fire and reflect on your experience.
Once you have completed the Intro workshop, you can then book into any other of our contrast therapy sessions.

- Breathwork
- Cold Dip (2min x 2)
- Sauna session (15-20min)
- Hot drinks & a healthy snack
Workshops run on:
