Comfort and Privacy: You’ll wear a swimming costume for plunging and sauna use, with a private changing area provided for convenience and discretion.
Health and Safety Focus: Completion of the Introductory Workshop is required before booking other sessions, ensuring you’re confident, informed, and safe.
Top-Tier Hygiene Standards: The ice bath is filtered with water regularly tested and changed, and all equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each session.
