Guided Ice Bath & Sauna Drop-in Sessions

After completing the Introductory Workshop and mastering the basics, it’s time to take your contrast therapy experience to the next level!

Book a 1-hour session where you’ll alternate between the invigorating ice bath and the soothing sauna*. While these sessions are self-guided, Emma will be there to support and ensure you make the most of every moment.

*two dips and two saunas

Sessions:

Thursdays 19:00-20:00

Fridays 13:30-14:30

Sundays 09:00-10:00

  • Warm, comfortable clothing

  • Warm socks

  • Dry Robe if you have one

  • Flip Flops

  • Swimmers 

  • Towel

  • A fun, positive and /or curious mindset (any of the 3 will do)

  • Unregulated blood pressure (too high or too low)

  • Epilepsy

  • Reynauld's Type 2
